Default Gloves for braid?

Yeah, i didnt mean to buy a braided line, but i got fireline 20lb for surfcasing so i figure what the hell. Do you guys use gloves to cast it? does itcut up your fingers? or only when you actually handle the line while trying to bring in a fish? If i do need gloves, any suggestions that would offer good protection without hampering dexterity or casting? Thanks

baitfishing - buy a Breakaway cannon.
plugging - tape your finger with something or they sell a
finger guard but some tape will do.

go to Cabela's and key in Breakaway cannon. about 25.00. if your baitfishing with braid exclusively, then it is worth every penny..

I use a mechanix glove, with my thumb, ring and pinky finger cut off so i can tie knots a lil easier. Make sure you use a shock leader for heavy lead.
