Default Transom Mount Electric Trolling Motor

I have a 17.5 Lund v hull with a 90 hp Mercury 4 stroke and a Minn Kota bow mount trolling motor. I'd like to get a kicker motor for trolling. I had been thinking 4, 5, or 6 hp 4 stroke Nissan or Mercury. Indiana has a lot of electric only small lakes that I fish on. Would a Minn Kota Traxxis 80 Transom-Mount Trolling Motor (and my bow mount) push me along well enough to troll for stripers on bigger lakes. The Minn Kota Traxxis 80 Transom-Mount Trolling Motor is the biggest motor I see at Cabella's or BPS. Are there any other motors I should look at? I don't want a motor that mounts on the lower unit or 36 volt. It looks like the electric and batteries would be cheaper than the outboards.
Thanks
Keith Burton
