Default Penn Reels

Looking to switch to Penn reels never used them before for stripers the wife not happy about it but she will get over it she says 58 rod and reels is enough anyhow wich of the three would you reconmend or opions

Hi Big Mouth, and welcome to the forum!

These are decent reels for trolling, but not much else in my opinion.

Of the 3 you posted the GT series will probably serve you the best, but the 345 is overkill for striped bass fishing. The 320GT2 is a better size.

Agree that the 345 is too large for stripers, and don't forget the Penn Fathom FTH series as a performance "step up" from those listed.
FTH's have one-piece metal frame, metal sideplate and 30 pounds of Max Drag.
Most popular size for stripers is the FTH25LW, but there are both larger and smaller choices available if you prefer.
