Pouring Soft Plastics

New here,
I live in Northern Virginia, and I couldn't help but notice how expensive that 4" rubber shad bodies have become. I used to buy them @ Boaters World for 25 cents a piece, now they are up to 40 cents a piece. I have used up to one hundred of these on a trip. This could get expensive. I have already started pouring my own 1/2 oz. jigsheads, using red 5/0 jig hooks, saving a considerable amount of money. This leads me to two questions:

1. Does anyone know where these can be bought in bulk, @ a cheaper price?

2. If I decide to buy the equipment and supplies from Lurecraft, to pour my own, will their mold # 5x586 pour the same lure popular around here, and the Cheasapeake Bay region?

Dyno, first off, Welcome aboard!
Second, That mold is pretty close to the shads you already use, most are pretty identical. You would have to experiment with colors and such, but I think the main factor in success is confidence in your choice of tackle. They should work well if you work them the same way you did the others.
