Heading out Sunday. Launching outta Albany around 4:30-5 a.m. My brother and I will be on our 21 foot suntracker fishing toon. Hope to see you out there. I will post a report during our outing. Tight lines!
I keep telling myself it's time to go but drove to the dam noonish, water is raging, no one fishing at all, hardly any cormorants in the trees, usually packed w birds. What is the deal. Spoke to one guy who put in 3 days there no fish, no bait.

Went out of Albany wed afternoon, I heard bait was in the post but there was too many lines in for me to get in there but did see people pulling them out. Did find some bait in the main river a little farther south and got one hard hit on live bait right around sunset. Issues with electronics so no temp report for you guys this time but I’ll have a better report hopefully after the weekend. Good luck out there guys
Finally posting. I forgot to put my phone in my dry box and it got soaked in my backpack. 😠 We launched out of Albany around 5:45 am. Water temperature was around 53-54. Got herring out of the post and nestled in to a nice spot. Within 2 minutes of putting our lines out we got two strong hits. We failed to hook up. Sat in the rain all day and that was the only action we got all day. Still fun. See you out there Sunday.
