Caught my first Wolffish

Went out for Cod yesterday to Stellwagon. Plenty there and Plenty of Haddock also. And I caught my first Wolf ugly sucker but I hope it tastes much better then it looks..I know it will. Plus the meat on the cheeks suppose to be the best according to my friend...well see tomorrow.

Not sure mr Point but Once its filleted I'm sure butter and some lemon and capers can make it a hit!!!

Baked it with Lemon,wine,garlic,crushed pepper. IT WAS GREAT...the cheeks just melt in your mouth.

don;t laugh but, the bluefish cheeks are the chit...
i don't have the patience (or the friggen desire) to chop it's face up
"as much as that would please me".
but i've had it and it is really good.
