I have to be honest, this is my first attempt at any type of forum ... but all of you seem to be having so much fun, I have to jump in! My first introduction to many of you was at the Canal Gathering this past summer. For those of you who were there, I was the grouchy girl with the busted ankle and the very patient boyfriend (Colad). Over the winter my ankle has healed and my love for fishing has grown ... believe it or not, I'm beginning to amass more fishing paraphernalia than David. I happy to be part of the forum and look forward to meeting more of your at the gatherings.

Thanks for all of the welcome messages ... the name is an easy explaination ... Seifried is my last name - most often mis-pronounced as Siegfried (like the creepy vegas circus people) so it's been my nickname forever!

Welcome Sieggy! You've definitely come a long way since you first came out with COLAD and I last year. I wasn't sure you'd keep going after the first few skunks but the first time you yelled, "FISH ON??!?" I could see you were as addicted as we are. Looking forward to heading out with you guys to fish up the boat with 40's!!
