Default My Season So Far

Well, I did get a bass a week ago. But this is what it has been like lately.

I looked at the river yesterday at Rensselaer boat launch, and today at HH, getting better. Maybe a foot visibility today. No serious rain in the forecast.

The situation didnít look too good when I cruised around on Tuesday. Very little action on the fish finder. Usually when it looked like this in the past it meant the season was virtually over above the port. The only option is to travel south to get ahead of the returning mass. I really hope the cool down postponed the spawn or at least further spawning. Itís really convenient to launch at Rensselaer and choose the port or the dam depending on the conditions. It was a ghost town on Tuesday when normally itís the opposite. Iím not free to try again until Sunday at the best so hopefully conditions improve. Good luck, hope things improve.
