Default storm Beryl

I remember a storm like this a few years back, pushed a ton of bait inshore. Man, it was one nice bass right after another. The surf conditions were great. Huge rollers.

I had planned to go out pre-Beryl but Dr's orders changed that. I apparently have a bad eye infection and am under orders to stay inside away from bright light for 48 hours.

Buddy of mine went out last night at dusk and is a now a 45lb club member. The creep.

I was always told that fish feed like mad just before a storm.

I fished the Hull Gut during a tropical storm about 7 years ago. It was insane. the wind at my back gave me the casting distance I needed to reach the fish. I didn't get any stripers but it was almost a bluefish on every cast for about an hour and a half. My arms felt like they were going to fall off.

After a beach beating, Clam's are the ticket. Unless you have eel's, alive.
