Cabo reels are very nice reels with that nice Tmag bail system. I don't fish them much, but they are great reels if you are not dunking them.

Both Daiwa and the Quantum make very good reels. IMO

I wouldnt know first hand about the saltiga but I can tell you the Cabo is a beauty - solid - 27 pounds of smooth drag, fairly lightweight and strong. If your not underwater your fine. I use mine often -the 50 and 60 weigh about the same as the Shimano 4500 baitrunner. and a 704 penn - 24 or so ounces. The 40 size weighs 14 ounces.
The only reels you can truly dunk are the van stall and the Zee bass.
Whatever you use, rinse with freshwater afterwards and loosen the tension on the drag knob.
