NJ November Stripers - Long Run Fishing Charters
My charter bailed on Saturday as it was a balmy 19 degrees when we started out but I quickly assembled some friends for a buddy trip and we picked through some shorts to land a few keepers on PENN Wire Line Rods and PENN Senator reels, all on White Bunker Spoons.
As long as we have bait and decent water temps, we had 49, and the week before we were at 54 with bunkers everywhere. Saturday we had decent small bait in our area and I am hoping for the Sand Eel run with topwater blitzes and diving birds. All we need is the weather to cooperate and we'll keep fishing. We sail out of Pt. Pleasant NJ on our 29CC triton and we do have open weekday and weekends available.
Please note in 2015, in the Spring we will run our 32CC Wellcraft out of New Rochelle, NY from April thru July and then she goes to Montauk.
Our 29CC Triton will start out in Raritan Bay, NJ and then move to Pt. Pleasant, NJ. So, we have all your areas covered for all species in season.
Regards
Capt. Johnny Luchka
