Damn, I hear that. Went to RI on Sat, 2pm-10pm, nothing, nada zero zilch!!! I would have thought that it was me except there were about 50 guys withing my view that did nothing, I didnt see one fish landed the whole time. I think I will stick with the canal, so at least I can learn it better.

I will keep trying, perhaps i am paying my dues

for me the thopught is when it drops off in the north, its time to head south...i dont know, maybe the fall run hasnt really begun yet and there are big fish waiting to be caught up north, just not by me on saturday. thats funny cause RI, you would think, should have been good. maybe they are all sittin behind rocs boat waiting for him to throw an eel. unless i hear game on up north im all done there this year, i will now concentrate my eforts near and at the canal.

most women bitch about the cold, my wifes first words when i mentioned fishing were, isn it going to be really cold? i swear if she ends up in hell the devil will kick her out for complaining its too cold. i can say at least you got here out there, my wife wouldnt go in june because its too cold near the ocean.

yeah, she is a trooper, i can pretty much go whenever I want, wherever I want, but I at least wanted to get her involved, I figured if she caught a nice cow then maybe she would be hooked too.

The skunk didnt help, LOL. But the kids had fun

Hey Jim, i just got your message today WTF with that phone. Sorry bout that. I havent been out in several days. Last time I was I ran into a blitz up in Rye. All schoolies, but the blitzes are getting closer to shore. Pete also told me he saw a school of blues and crapload of birds pounding on bait down at the end of High St. (right down the street from me) a week or so ago. Let me know next time you're up, I'm confident we can find something happen along the stretch.

Like I said last time you were up, no more blind fishing I'm done with that shit for the season lol. Now its Find em, pull over, fish.
