According to a poll a few years back, the WORST job in Manhattan goes to a certified scuba diver who works for the sanitation department at a Manhattan water recycle plant. This man is resposnisible for diving into the sewage system and uncloging the fan vents. The water is so thick with human refuse that his wet suit requires several 5 lb weights in order to simply sink him into the thick liquid. He gets a pro 100k salary but at what expense?

Now thats a dirty job, but for over a 100K a year I could do a lot of fishin', and I'm sure they don't always get clogged up:D

For a hundred K I might sign up as well.
It remember when it took me 4 years of bustin my butt for 100 K.
And some of those jobs were worse than swimmin in sewerage and someone hosing off 10 or so pounds of sludge. :D

wow you work with that kinda stuff, eh?
We have a little pond that we made thats full of algae and dead leaves adn stuff. Is there anything we could put in there over the winter taht would kill that stuff. something like a bacteria or something?
