Default Land-based fishing

I know this may be off topic but I was wondering if anyone has or has heard of land based shark fishing the east coast, ie- maine, NH, or northern ma, plum island and south to Gloucester? Any information would be greatly appreciated

Fishing for sharks from shore? nope. Maybe when the russian processing ships were moored here.

I did get out on a boat last summer with great success.

There is an active effort on surf caught sharks in central to southern NJ. A handful of hardcore guys putting lots of time in. The sharks come in on bunker and blues. You can probably find some You Tube video on it.

I did get one Blue shark on the southern tip of Plum Island Ma, maybe 3.5 feet, just wasn't sure if I was the only one our there trying it this far nort .

yes there is a shark fishery exactly where you're stating.
There's also mystery buefin.
