Hilton Park, Dover, NH Strike 2, 23MAY14
Well,
I packed up all my gear and made the long trip back to Hilton Park in Dover, NH. Fished from 09:00-12:00. I had two rigs out, chunk bait and clams, courtesy of Elm Street Bait & Tackle. I wish I had some good news, but struck out yet again. Perhaps Dover is still slow to see some spring migration stripers, but I would have thought that there would have been some holdovers. A guy drove up to me while I was there and said that he had been down the P.I. the day before and was doing well on clams, but when he went that morning, there was no action. Hopefully in a couple weeks there will be some decent action.
