I wonder if thats the same Manatee that was spotted in the Hudson last week. It could have traveled through the sound to Rhodie.

There is a big body of water called the Atlantic. Start there.

Rhode Island

Bluefish roam throughout Narragansett Bay and Mount Hope Bay in huge numbers. Big menhaden are in the Greenwich area, which have attracted the biggest blues. Striper fishing is showing some improvement, especially off the beaches at Weekapaug and Charlestown. Out at Southwest Ledge off Block Island, at least two 50-pounders were caught this week. Some huge sharks are being caught at the Mud Hole, big bluefin, too, and a great white shark estimated at 3,000 pounds came up in the chum line off the stern of a local charter boat last week.
How inappropriate to call this planet Earth when it is quite clearly Ocean.
