Just a reminder!
The deadline to reserve your space for the fishing flea market is coming up soon.
Every year, the NJ Division of Fish and Wildlife holds an open house at the Pequest Trout Hatchery and Natural Resource Education Center. Focusing on fish and fishing related activities, this two-day event attracts more than 3,000 people during the course of the weekend. Just in time for trout season, the open house will be April 1 and 2 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
There is still place available for vendors at our Fishermen's Flea Market, which is part of the annual event. Fishing guides and outfitters, artists, carvers, taxidermists, tackle shops and more are already planning on being here. If you (or someone you know) sell fishing related merchandise, give us a call and reserve your spot today. Spaces are $10 per 8-foot space and space is limited, so call before February 25 to reserve your spot. Vendors should plan to bring their own tables, chairs and tent. The event is held rain or shine.
