Seriously though. I have to look into why. Probably cause that forum is closed I'll check it.
I can move it somewhere else. it wasnt high on my priority list as I dont have any bass to cook.

Lately I like it blackened and thats the only way I like Bluefish.

No size limit on blues in NJ.or NY Creel limit : In Ny you can keep 10 a day in NJ its 15. NJ Regs in Pdf

Kind of taste like a mackeral ,darker then a striper, more oilly Some like it ,others don't

i just read the manual like 5 minutes before you posted that....oops. :beer: i want to eat some blue fish...i always throw those back in....maybe i'll eat one or two next time. :yarr:

we catch blues in the Gulf of Mexico down here. (small ones up to 5 lbs.)

i've eaten some and they seem pretty o.k. to me....we cut the red out and cook them fresh, as they don't seem to take to the freezer well.

They spoil quickly. Gut em fast and bury em in the sand or I've been told to slice the gills and bleed them upside down in a bucket.
I dont eat anything with yellow eyes and teeth :doh:

i like bluefish.. the smaller cocktail blues are better.. i put jamaican jerk sauce on striper and broil em.. when i catch one.
