Are there any companies making cases to fit a 10ft Surf rod with a 6500BR?

Use a sewar pipe with a cap cemented on one end and a screw off clean out cemented on the other. Available at your local plumbing store. You'll have to remove your reel.

You will, of course, have to remove your reel from the rod for it to fit
