Default Best Damned Turkey

I did a brined turkey last nigh and holy $*%t was it good. This was the most flavorful moist and juicy turkey I have ever done. If you haven't done it you got to try

Suds try the brine its easy as hell. you can get the recipe at foodnetwork.com its the Good eats roast turky.

Here's a link to the recipe make sure you have a meat thermometer that you can place in the bird that displays the temp out side the oven cus you want to get it out as soon as the temp hits 161. It will keep cooking out side the oven for another 15 mins
