Gee, I hope this bump wasn't for my post of "Right Now - Watch Hill?
While I guess it was potentially a spot burn,,, didn't expect it to be.
Was the overcasting that turned the place on. Rains would of drove them out.
There was a 6 hr. max window of opertunity on that instance (maybe).
Being a week night,, and late in the afternoon,, there really wasn't any opertunities for many that needed to get ready and drive.
Mostly aimed at the really local folks that frequent the board and live in Westerly.
If I encouraged the "Bump", I'm sorry.
Gary

Dont give it a thought Gary. Definately not. i would have Pm'd you if it was a stretch. Its hard sometimes to not post non specific areas.
I was referring to a gentleman who got got mad and quit the site because he said he makes the trip once a year and wanted my exact spots. What spots exactly was he referring too? Fish swim. I told him to look for the bunker and fish the channell edges. No matter where he launched at the bunker were there. That wasnt specific enough I guess. If it was surfcasting it would have been a different story i probably would have met the guy and showed where the fish frequent under different tides and conditions.

Gotta love it when someone ask,, you go out of your way,, and they crap in your hat.
One thing to say, "thanks",, then mention anouther spot as a point of interest (but how it is done can rub the wrong way for sure).

Re: post #24 Jim, the more times I read it, the funnier it gets. That guy would borrow your car, tell you he could have borrowed a better one, and by the way yours is low on gas...hahahahhahahahah

No lingering bother to me anymore,....they're toxic , and I cut 'em adrift.
