Nicely put together but there is nothing really new there. If we can believe the science. 65,0000 or so fish migrating.
The mycobacterium sores of the Chessie fish may be a product of the filthy water in the Chesapeake estuary secondary to the depletion of the filter fish by the omega three reduction boats.
More of a concern is the lack of pogies and herring. With the rebound of predatory fish, stripers blues and weakies (not mentioned is spiny dogfish) we need to insure that herring, eels and menhaden are plentiful.
BTW the last three years have seen an abundance of menhaden furthur up the coast. Research suggests that they may be spawning in bigger numbers much furthur North than in the past. A product of adaptation to their environment no doubt.
