Default getting a little cabin fever - favorite rapala

Just sitting waiting for the water to warm up and get fishing. It's been a long winter and I'm a l bored to say the least! Though I 'd start a new thread.

A few years ago a buddy of mine hooked me up with a rapala f18 vampire off of a blue and white fly (18-20" back). Seems to work well in many instances.
On the slow days of trolling this sometimes gets a hit or two.

Have you tried flies or somthing else to get them to bite? Dogers? Anything ...?

The ones we troll are 6-8in and they're roughly $15-18. The bombers seem to be less expensive at $8-12, and more effective for us...
