What is the rule on using a 3 prong lure on Raystown lake?

Could you clarify what you're talking about? Do you mean just fishing a lure like the one in the picture tied to the end of your line and fished with a with a straight retrieve? I assume you're talking about saltwater fishing, correct?

Sir:

No, freshwater lake. And the lure you have there is an almost exact replica of what i have. Mine has 2 sets of the 3 prong setup. (hope that makes sense) Cannot find anything in my fishing rules/regualtions that pertains to snagging. i'm really lost here.

Did you edit this question? I thought your question was phrased totally different from what is displayed now. Either way thanks for clarifying.

I can't imagine that the lure pictured would present a problem. It's one of the more common lures out there. I don't have a clue about the lake you're referring to but I used to fish a lot of rivers that had areas that were designated as strictly fly fishing areas and I've also fished "No Lead" areas but neither sound similar to what you have mentioned.

Maybe someone else can help you on this but again the lure picture I posted is of one of the most common lures made so I can't imagine it is an issue.

Good luck!

Treble hooks are fine in Pennsylvania and just about everywhere else. They are considered to be a single hook lure. The one shown is a crankbait, looks like a storm thunderstick or a smithwick lure. They are fine there.
