At this particular spot where i caught the carp, they were all under a tree and once something fell off the tree in the water there were like 4 carp attacking the whatever it was falling from the tree!.......

here in nc are carp are fatter n hell. a 70 som lber was bowed in gaston this year

My dad fished prospect park lake this weekend (he likes freshwater more then salt) he said he landed a 30" carp there on a night crawler fishing for Largemouths.

Its good fighting but everything is catch and release.


Edit:

I saw people mentioning its difficult to catch multiple Carp because of the following reasons, When a carp is in danger, it sets out a toxin in the water warning other carp of danger, so catching more then two in the same spot is usually a godsend.

Yes I am a Carp guru, I wish I knew the ins and outs of Striper fishing as well.
