The owner of a vehicle stuck in shoreline waters at Robert Moses State Park was arrested by state park police, who said they found him there intoxicated and uncooperative.
The surf was coming up around the vehicle at the four-wheel-drive fishing access area about 3:50 p.m., and police said they began operations to get the 1999 Chevrolet Pickup camper out of the water.
