Wild Looking Bug
I was hanging out in my garage the other day when I saw this wild looking bug land. I went in and got the camera, and when I got back, I had a little insect showdown going on
A praying mantis (left) and a wheelbug (right).
The wheelbug is an assasin. It will attack just about any insect (good or bad) and drain it of all it's bodily fluids.
I actually ended up relocating the mantis to a safer spot in the yard ( I didn't want the little guy getting wacked), and the jumbo wheelbug is still at large!

Praying mantises are cool. Once, I found one, and my mom told me to put it on this plant (as it was infested with aphids)... and within the next day... Aphid free!
story of my life. haha

I can hang with the mice. It's Michigan tiger flys and ticks I can't stand I really hate ticks (sneaky little bastages) and them tiger flys can drive ya nuts! You can be 30 miles out on Lake Michigan, no land in site and they will be there! No insect repellent works and you can wear 3 pair of socks and then wrap your socks with duct tape and they will still bite ya!
