Default Best striper trip - less than 2-3 hours from Wash DC for next week?

I'm looking to go out for stripers with a guide sometime between now and next weekend. I'm in the Northern VA/Washington DC area and really don't want to drive more than 2-3 hours away. This trip will be for 2 people only and I'm looking at keeping it under $300 for both of us. Suggestions/information about places and specific guides will be really appreciated. Thanks.

The chesapeake bay bridge tunnel is about 3 hours away from you and the fishing there is awesome right now, the season ends at the end of this month but you could still go for catch and release. calvert cliff rips is alot closer but thats also c&r, then theres the warmwater discharges in Baltimore, theres the Hotditch in the Elizabeth river, but Im not sure if you can still take a boat in there anymore
I,ve fished with Capt. Skip quite a few times and he's a good light tackle guide and very easy to get alone with http://gofishbaltimore.com/
I,ve never fished with Walleye Pete but he has a good reputation also www.fourseasonsguideservice.com
