I saw that, going to be a mess when that breaks. I really haven't fished the area much by this creek. Tried walking back there looking for herring once. All I was rewarded with was numerous ticks.
They say it will take months of moving the mud and debris to clear the slide. That's going to be a lot of sediment going into the Hudson making the water murky:frustrated:
They dug a channel to bypass the slide, normal flow now. According to the paper, the golf course was dumping fill on the bank since January, did not get a permit until March.
