are the stiper still in the albany area

I was thinking of taking the kids out this weekend. Does anyone know if the stipers are still up in the albany and troy area. Last time i was out was late sunday of the holiday weekend. we got some cat fish and hearing but no stipers and didnt know how thing were now thank you for any help
