I haven't fished it, so I can't say for SURE.

Are you gonna bait & wait or use lures?

If it's bait, try worms or chunk. If it's lures grab some pink FinS with the jig heads. I know it sounds wierd, but pink has been hot for me in the sound. If bass or blues are around, they will crush the pink FinS.

Yes, there are blues in the Sound NOW. I've caught 3 15"+ since the end of May. Probably could have caught more, but they destroyed my pink FinS

Good luck

Last few times I went I used squid for porgies, caught a few. But my friend got more, than we slice those porgies and hook 'em up for a blues. the blues were a best for me. in a few hours I got 3 of 'em. but that was in the fall, around mid october. were do i get those red fins at? I live inland, would Dick's have them? 8)
I got one day tommorow to get the bait and lures, excluding beer. Or at least till we get closer to the shore. I get the temptation to feed the fish in the waves :? anyway thanx guys. I'll let you know how it was.

They might. WalMart might even have some, or something similar. A good B&T should also have a supply.

Good luck.
