I have an eb80, eb65, eb30, and an av55. I like them all equally. The av55 is very reasonable, about $50 or $60 when everthing is said and done, the both do the same thing.

Love my Penn Captiva Live Liners are from $60 to $80 at Cabela's. $25 for shipping on ebay seems bit steep seeing current bid is $58. Wouldn't trust it coming from China either. I have heard good things about Okuma Epixor Baitfeeder Reels ($90 to $100 at Cabela's) but have been told the cheaper Okuma Avenger Baitfeeder's are crap. Tight Lines....Cheers

If your looking for a little cheaper you can go with the Cabela's brand "saltstriker"...It's gotten a lot better with the newer models coming in...Three different size's depending on # test or if your using braid or mono...I have the middle sized one with 20 pound mono and it works good...I've used the Penn Captiva and had an issue where once you click the reel over it still doesn't go to your regular drag right away and you end up with a mess when setting the hook..You'd have to reel it almost two times before it clicked over...pain in the

One of my fishing buddies swears by those cabelas, I use okuma's and they are very comparable, he thinks okuma may make them for cabelas

i have 2 okuma eb80's 2 penn captiva cll6000 1 okuma abf40 1 okuma dbf 50 and 1 penn 5600l. i like the okumas the best the one bait runner the dbf 50 i bought at dicks a few years ago just for the rod then threw the reel out bc of the bait runner and it hasnt failed in 3 years. the penn captivas i had a problem with the bait runner not working after a year or so. the okuma eb80's have been good too but they are a bit big fro stripers in the river. the penn 5600l is the most expensive reel but doesnt get used as much bc the baitrunner stays on when you reel and i like the okumas better. i would say for a nice in expensive reel with a bait runner the best bet would be a abf50 or abf65 the abf50 is $55 at cabelas. i wouldnt recomend the captivas just bc of the problems i had with the bait runners not working. i hope this will help you out
