Default When are they coming?

I was wondering if someone had an idea when they will be running in the rivers of midcoast Maine?

Greetings fellow striper fisherman/women!! Brand new to the site and also looking forward to seeing some striper action in Old Orchard soon (can't come soon enough)!! A buddy of mine told me they're catching schoolies in the Saco River already but as we all know, every fisherman has a tale to tell. If all goes accordingly, I plan on heading out next Wednesday (5/15) off the beach in OOB...most likely with worms & clams for a little variety!!! Few weeks earlier than desired but "the itch" needs to be scratched. Wish me luck, I look forward to reading/reporting on all the saltwater happenings in and around the area!

2 1\2 weeks sounds about right

were catching fish here but only at before and just after dawn.

20-35"

Very scarse.

I fished live, chunk, pops, bombs, flys. NOTHING after 7 hrs 7am-2am

went to scarborough marsh and ferry beach last night something big hit my sluggo at ferry beach but i lost it. fish are here but scarce. i figure by next weekend they should be pretty widespread around here (hopefully). if not i'm going to head down to the mousam. by the way the cabelas that just opened in scarborough is not helping my tackle addiction. hit it up last night before heading to the marsh. biggest thing to hit southern maine since sliced bread.
