Hi CA welcome
No Roccus is the master. He is certainly one of the best fisherman on any of these boards. He is the best I know.
I think he's on vacation. He is one of our moderators and the man to ask about boat fishing.
However there are many others who use large trolling spoons. I usually fish with an 8' inshore medium rod for trolling spoons, bunker spoon rods have a fast or soft tip so the spoon can dance.
anyhow welcome to the board.
