Back at last. Took months to get back on. Does any body know about disc golf?

I drove by a junkyard today and saw a VW Golf that was just crushed by a car crusher... :) that's all i know about disc golf.. lol

O.K. disc golf is kinda like ball golf but the trees are IN the fairway. You try to find an alley between or thru them. Also it's normally free! Maine has all pay courses, but the greens fees are $5 a round $7 for the day. Frisbees are used, not balls. The frisbees aren't what we all used as kids they are golf discs. They have drivers, mid range, and putt and approach discs. Jonny Bolt has a course in Ossippee. As a matter of fact every state has quite a few courses. Cape Cod has 2 courses, soon to be three!It takes about an hour to play 18 holes. It is so fun the entire family can enjoy playing together. Even the dogs are allowed to go and enjoy the walk.

Jim, you have 22 courses in NY. Also Jan. 7th Yorktown is having a tourney\ food drive. Great sport, fast, fun, and mostly free! I don't own a boat, so golf in the day time, fish at night..........NYUT!
