Welcome to Stripers 247, I can guaranteee that I've never fished Raystown Lake, but some more info might help to get some more replies, like, where is it?
There are also regional forums toward the bottom of the forum list, you may have better luck posting to the forum for your area.

Get this - I wanted a 58 footer.
I cant even handle the 14 footer.
A boater safety course is required for the bigger boats.
They provide all the necessities.
I,ve drove by that lake a couple times in the past in my worktruck and always wondered how the fishing was, I didn,t know there were striper in there. Im going to have to fish it one day. I live about 100 miles away
