Default Things I have (re)learned this season

If the wife is mad at you, turn off the cell phone.
If you have 15 missed calls from the wife, don't call her until you get back on land.
If you are topwater fishing, don't bring a fly fisherman along.
If he pissed you off last year, he will this year too. If you let him.
Fishing cures a bad day.
Nothing is better than fishing with your kids.

And the number one thing:
One big Striper makes it all worthwhile.
