With pilings already being driven what effect on this years run??

Judging from what I have seen in the past, right now, it would slow things down, but stripers love structure. They will be there.

A buddy of mine read that bc of the pillings and the digging and what not the water contamination levels are so bad he might skip the hudson run. Is this true?

ive been fishing the hudson every day this week except today the vibrations in the water and a very cold out going tide has deff slowed things up however there are bass there you just have to put in the time keep in mind there is much ice north of the tap but give it time ill be back tom dont forget your blood worms and bait runners
