The Milford Bridge is in Milford Pennsylvania. - On the upper Delaware the bridge connects NJ and Pa - its very close to the tri state border with NY as well. ~10 miles or less. It terminates NJ State route 206 North. On the Pa. side is route 209 North and south. North winds towards NY - South is towards the water gap. and down river
There is a very good book written about fishing the Delaware that you can probably search on Amazon .com I forget the authors name. Its in the Delaware river forum somewhere here as well. Its also around this pile of books i have but when i find it ill post it.
You can get a map at the border info center in Matamoras Pa if your coming in from port jervis new York or even wally world
The book will tell you what species to expect when where and how.
I would guess technically that below the tidal line at the Calhoon street bridge near Trenton NJ is considered the lower Delaware thats some 60 miles or more south of Milford.
To me the Delaware Water gap begins the lower part. but its still really upper. Im glad that makes no sense.
