Default Tica Reels

Hi guys and gals,I don't know how many of you heard of Tica Reels, but I'll ask anyway. I have a Tica Sculptor SL, last couple times out the thumb bars been sticking in the down position and it wont reel in the line, I got to push the bar up for it to reel again. Any ideas whats wrong? I got to let you know I don’t even know how to open the reel to get inside. If someone knows how to get inside, that would be a big help.
Thanks
Joe

Sounds like the spring that pushes the thumb bar back up is broken

Also, since it's a decent reel, it sounds like your best choice would be to bring it to a shop and have it professionally fixed and serviced.

1-800-390-5268 ask for Radley. He can probably tell you how to fix it yourself. Close personal friend and knows the reels better than anyone.
