Default Lake LBJ (TX) Guide Report

Water stained; 80 degrees; 824.86':

Stripers are good at night on Spoiler Shads (www.cremelure.com), Blade Runners (www.lakeviewlures.com) and white bucktails w/curl tail grubs.

Bass are very good to 6 lbs at daylight along docks, rip rap and 4'-10'
break-lines on watermelon-red Whacky Sticks www.cremelure.com),
watermelon JDC topwaters (www.jdcbaits.com), 1/8 oz. Big Eyez buzz-
baits (www.falconlures.com), 1/4 oz. Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps
(www.rat-l-trap.com), When the motion bait action slows, work
channel breaks & points w/ Devil's Tongues www.cremelure.com),
Skeet Reese grn-pumpkin Creature Baits (www.terminatorlures.com)
& wacky rigged 6" wtrmelon-red Scoundrel worm under and around
deep water docks and rip rap.

White Bass are very good at night to 15" using 1-1/2" Lit'l Fishes, Spoiler
Shads (www.cremelure.com) & Tiny Traps ( www.rat-l-trap.com),

Crappie are good at night over brushpiles under lights in 12'
of water on crappie jigs and minnows.

Water stained; 80 degrees; 824.80':

Stripers are good at night on pearl Spoiler Shads, white 1/8 oz.
bucktails and free-lining live bait.

Largemouth are good at night and early AM in 4'-15' along seawall rip rap and channel breaklines w/ wood on it using 1/4 oz. blk Terminator spinnerbaits or buzzbaits at night, & after daylight,Golden Shiner (www.terminatorlures.com), watermelon Skip-N-Pop topwaters (www.jdcbaits.com) 1/4 oz. Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com), watermelon-red Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com) rigged wacky style on a 3/0 "K" Wacky Hook (www.falconlures.com) & Texas rigged
watermelon-red Skeet Reese creature baits & 1/8-1/4 oz. blk/blue jigs w/Uncle Josh pork trailers (www.unclejosh.com) under and along deep water boat docks.

White Bass are very good to 2 lbs at night on Lit'l Fishies,
Spoiler Shads and Curb's crappie jigs.

Crappie are good to 14" on crappie jigs and live minnows.

Water stained; 84 degrees; 824.95':

LARGEMOUTH to 5.5 lbs. are good just before and at first light along
rip rap and breaklines of creek points with stumps or laydowns in
3'-6' using watermelon JDC Skip-N-Pops (www.jdcbaits.com),
Zara Spook, JR's, Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Trap (www.rat-l-trap.com),
char-blue back shallow running crankbaits, & silver shad Terminator
spinnerbaits (www.terminatorlures.com). Once the sun gets overhead,
target the shaded side of deepwater boat docks w/TX rigged
watermelon-chart. Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com), pitching a
green-pumpkin tube, Texas rigged blue flake Scoundrel worms and
Carolina rigged watermelon-red Craw Tube (www.cremelure.com)
down creek points in 10'-20'.

STRIPERS are good at night in 8'-15' on Spoiler Shads, 1/4 oz. white
bucktails and free-lining live bait.

White bass are very good at night using 1-1/2" Lit'l Fishies, Blade
Runners (www.lakeviewlures.com).

Crappie are good at over brushpiles in 8'-15' on chartreuse Curbs
crappie jigs and minnows.

Water lightly stained; 85 degrees; 824.88':

Largemouth are good in numbers early A.M. along seawall rip rap on
Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com), white-char. 1/8 oz.
Tiny-T buzzbaits (www.terminatorlures.com), Daiquiri Skip-N-Pop top- waters (www.jdcbaits.com) and char.-blue back crankbaits. When the bite slows about about midmorning, move to breaklines w/stumps and laydowns in 5'-14' using a wacky rigged watermelon-red 5" Whacky Sticks (www.cremelure.com) on a 3/0 "K" Wacky Hook (www.falconlures.com), pitching a TX. rigged green-pumpkin creature bait or "natural" colored 6" Scoundrel worms rigged on a jighead along boat docks or crawl a watermelon Devil's Tongue on a split shot rig out from shoreline rip rap out.

Stripers are fair to 22" at night under lights on white 2" Spoiler Shads,
white bucktail jigs with grub trails and live bait.

White Bass are very good at night using 1-1/2" Lit'l Fishies and Tiny Traps.

Crappie are good on crappie jigs and minnows.

Water lightly stained; 79-82 degrees; 824.81':
Largemouth are good in early AM along seawall rip rap in 3'-8'
using a blue-white-chartreuse 1/4 oz. Terminator spinnerbait, 3"
watermelon Skip-N-Pop (www.jdcbaits.com) topwaters, Bleeding
Shad Rat-L-Traps (www.rat-l-trap.com). Sometime after mid-
morning, fish reposition along channel breaklines, especially
on points and tight to wooden pilings of docks where pitching
a 3/16 oz. watermelon Terminator jig (www.terminatorlures.com)
or black-red Craw Tube(www.cremelure.com) or skipping a wacky
rigged watermelon-red Whacky Stick on a 3/0 weedless 3/0 "K"
Wacky Hook (www.falconlures.com) under the dock will produce.

STRIPERS are fair to good at night around lights Spoiler Shads
and free-lining live bait.

Largemouth are good in numbers from daylight until midmorning along
seawall rip rap and breaklines of intersecting channels on watermelon
Skip-N-Pop topwaters (www.jdcbaits.com), white-chartreuse-blue 1/4 oz.
Terminator Stainless spinnerbaits (www.terminatorlures.com) and Texas
rigged green-pumpkin Craw Tubes (www.cremelure.com).

Stripers are good at night to 26" around lights in 15'-20' using Spoiler
Shads and free-lining live bait.

White Bass are good at night around lights using 1/32 oz. Lit'l Fishies and
small Terminator In-Line spinners.

Water stained; 76 degrees; 824.95':

Largemouth are very good to 6 lbs along boulder rocks and rip rap in
5'-10' of water using green-pumpkin Texas rigged Snap Back creature
(www.terminatorlures.com) baits, wacky rigged motor oil Scoundrel
worms (www.cremelure.com) and Bleeding Shad Rat-L-Traps
(www.rat-l-trap.com). Bass are beginning to show up on creek points
early where a Big Eyez buzzbait (www.falconlures.com) and water-
melon JDC Skip-N-Pop topwater produces early and late.

Stripers are good to 20" at night around lights and at first light
swimming Spoiler Shads (www.cremelure.com) and white JDC Strike
Grubs.

white/chart/blue Terminator "custom tungsten" spinner-
baits and pumpkin JDC Craw Worms.
White Bass fair trolling Shad Raps and casting/jigging
Tiny Traps or Road Runners in main channels.
Crappie are fair in 8'-12' on Curb's crappie jigs and
small crankbaits.
