Thought I would start with an introduction. I'm 51 years old and I'm just going to get back into fishing for striper's. I live 10 minutes from the Cape Cod Canal so I will be doing most of my fishing on the Canal. I'll be looking for a rod/reel combo to get started in the spring, but want to keep the cost to a minimum.
I currently fish daily for Largemouth in the local ponds and lakes, and thought it time to get back to striper fishing!
