Default SMITTY351 SOUTH JERSEY BASS REPORT!! THE FISHIN HAS BEEN HOT

HEY ALL MY MODEM WAS DOWN SO I HAVEN'T BENN ABLE TO POST. THE BASS FISHIN IN MY AREA HAS BEEN GREAT. MY LAST TRIP WAS THIS PAST WENSDAY. I HIT MY FAVORITE SOD BANK ON THE BAY SIDE OF MY FAVORITE BRIDGE N CAPE MAY COUNTY. I WAS USING FRESH SURF CLAM ABOUT 1 HOUR INTO THE OUTGOING TIDE. I SETUP THIS TIME WITH CIRCLE HOOKS ON 2 OF MY POLES AND HAD 2 BASS 28"-34" AND A FEW SHORTS. I HAD BOTH POLES IN THE SPIKES WITH THE BAITRUNNER SET AND THE HIT THE CLAM LIKE A BULL. THE BITE RECENTLY HAS BEEN REAL LIGHT SO YOU HAD TO KEEP THE POLE IN HAND TO FEEL THE HITS BUT THE BAITFISH ARE AROUND MORE SO THE BITE HAS BEEN GREAT. I ALSO HAD 2 5-8 POUND BLUE FISH. ALL IN ALL A GREAT DAY. I HEAR THE RIPS ARE PRODUCING SOME REALLY NICE BASS CONSISTENTLY ALSO.
