I have two questions for anyone who would like to help me out. What is the difference between a Fluke and a Flounder? And what would you recommend to catch these? I use small frozen minnows as bait and have had alot of success but no keeper sizes and i was wondering if there was any other bait that i could use to help me catch a keeper. Thanks for the pointers.

Flounder. Sand worms (maybe a chum log if boating)
Fluke. live killies - or a ball jig loaded with a few spearing and strips of fluke belly - even sea robbin belly.
