Default greetings

Been dreaming of fishing E coast stripers since catching a 5-6 lber in Cal when I was 13, and now at 65 am going to fulfill that dream and spend a month+ fishing Montauk to Hatteras. It's a tough call for me since I will be forgoing my friend and my 39th annual fall steelhead trip (I live in Michigan), but he should be joining me later somewhere around Kittyhawk.
I've been poring over this site for a couple months now and am still trying to absorb all the info on this site. (my senior memory doesn't help a whole lot either)
This is a remarkable site for not only the vast amounts of info but all of those who contribute. You all deserve a pat on the back.
Will be headed out Sat so if u see an older guy driving a small (21') motorhome (Coachman brand) with Michigan plates stop and say hello.----and prepare to have your brain picked---u know the real casual likke what, where, when and how routine.

Good fishin' to all,
1lgil
