Default Cooking over wood

I like cooking on my $25 charcoal grill better than a gas grill that cost 10 times as much. And to make the food taste especialy good, throw on some good hardwood. Cherry, hickory, apply, and even oak work great. The best lamb I've ever tasted was cooked on a open fire of oak and beech.
