Default Sportcast USA 2010 Nationals Casting Tournament

Sportcast USA 2010 Nationals Tournament will be held in Marlton NJ on October 22nd – 24th, 2010. We will have two full days of casting on both Saturday and Sunday (9:00am to 4:00pm). Friday October 22nd will be practice from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm,

Awards and Prizes
The National Champion Trophy will be awarded to the caster with the longest cast of the tournament.

A Zziplex 427 rod blank donated by Terry Carroll of Zziplex Rods will also be awarded to the caster with the longest cast of the tournament.

A National Class champion Plaque will be awarded to the casters with the longest cast in their class, (Master, AAA, AA, A, B, C, Senior, Super Senior, “Women: - AA, A, B, C, Senior, Super Senior”, “Kids: - Junior, Sub-Junior, Kids”).

RH Custom Rods (RHCustomRods.com) has donated two CTS rod blank, a 12' 2-4 oz. and a 13'6" 3-6 oz. , to the best adult caster in Class. The winners will be determined by a drawing of the Class winners.

Two mp3 players were donated for a kids raffle one for the boys and one for the girls, the drawings will be held at lunch time on Sunday October 24th.

The drawing for Century Tip Tornado rod blank, donated by Ryan White of Hatteras Jacks, will also be held at lunch time on Sunday October 24th. Tickets will be available at the tournament.

The Awards Ceremony and Barbecue will be held on Saturday October 23rd from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, at the field following the tournament, winner's plaques, certificates and prizes for the Maryland/DC Open will be given out and we will have a barbecue dinner for the participants and volunteers.

The Nationals Award Ceremony will be held on Sunday 24th at 5:00 pm.

Casting Field:
The Casting field is located at 1044 Tuckerton Road, Marlton NJ, 08053.

Hotel Accommodation:
There are at least a dozen hotels/motels on Route 73, approximately 10 – 15 minutes from the field; some of us have stayed at The Super 8 Motel ((856)-802-2800) 560 Fellowship road, Mount Laurel, NJ. 08054-3444. it’s off Route 73, Approximately 15 minutes from the field. It’s a new motel, recently built.
