so i'm going on a party boat for my friends last day in jersey. i was referred to by a few people to get a octopus hook. i've seen em but never used them.
i know you're not supposed to set the hook on a circle hook; does the same rule apply to octopus hook??
also if anyone has suggestions on what hook to use on a party boat let me know plz?
lastly, if anyone wants into on this trip let me know. no we're not chartering it but a bunch of our friends are meeting down at the docks early sat for a great day of striper fishing.
