As we know, getting started in fishing is more than just grabbing a rod and saying "let’s go." That is why the people who commit to introducing fishing to someone new should really be commended. They are taking the time and effort to explain the technique, the tackle, the conditions, and all the other necessary tidbits of information that get someone started, as well as enhance their enjoyment of the sport.

We can all remember the person that first took us fishing, and the fishing experiences that are directly responsible for why we still fish today. Anglers' Legacy is simply about giving back what we've been given, and making a promise to introduce somebody new to fishing – a family member, co-worker, neighbor, acquaintance at church or perhaps, the mechanic who works on your car.
