    I fish the conowingo dam in MD which empties into the susquehanna river. Because of Sandy the dam now has 11 spills gates open. What are you thoughts of when to fish for the stripers, how long before they will bite? Currently for the second day in a row 11 spills gates are open.

    Fished from 0600-1130 at the Conowingo Dam, MD, caught 1-25, 2-18, and others. Only kept the 25 nice fish. We'll see what Sandy does to the stripers up here in MD.
